Construction Clean up

Job Description I want to get ahead of an upcoming opportunity and align early so we’re prepared to move quickly. This is coming throughPentagon Intel, supporting Fluor (end client: Intel) at the Ronler Hillsboro site. While the contract is not yet executed, they are preparing for aturnover clean of 5 Mars (shafts)in MSB2. From what I’m hearing, this is one of the most complex and labor-intensive scopes in the building, and there’s a strong likelihood it will expand into additional phases, as other areas have not yet been completed. I’ve already gathered thekey labor requirements, and they are targeting a high-caliber workforce: Lift-capable (knuckle boom & scissor lift experience) Valid lift certifications through 2026 Comfortable working at heights, ladders, and lifts Physically agile (stairs, continuous movement) Harness and lanyard experience Strong safety mindset Able to handle full-day cleaning scope (100% cleaning) Not claustrophobic Comfortable in full construction PPE and active jobsite conditions Projected hours:40–50 per week per workerInitial scope:Subject to change Company Description MALEKO PERSONNEL is the leader in specialized industrial, production, and logistics staffing.
