As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Controller/Staff Accountant with hospitality accounting experience.Position SummaryThe Staff Accountant will support the accounting operations for a multi-property hotel portfolio. This role requires hands-on experience with hospitality accounting systems such as M3 or Inn-Flow and a strong understanding of hotel financial reporting, month-end close processes, and brand/ownership reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions for multiple hotel propertiesPerform full-cycle month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPrepare and review property-level financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, OTA receivables, and brand billingsMonitor revenue postings and interface integrity between PMS and accounting softwareAssist General Managers with budget variance analysis and financial reportingSupport annual budgets and forecastsProcess accounts payable and review coding accuracy by departmentEnsure compliance with brand standards and ownership reporting requirementsAssist with audits, lender reporting, and tax documentationMaintain organized financial records across portfolio entitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitalityDirect experience with M3 or InnFlow requiredExperience with multi-entity or multi-property accounting strongly preferredStrong understanding of hotel revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Other Income)Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines across propertiesSelf-starter with strong communication skillsPreferred ExperienceMarriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or other branded hotel reporting familiaritySales & Use Tax and occupancy tax filingsCash management across multiple bank accountsInter-company accountingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunity within a rapidly expanding hotel portfolioTravel discountsWhy Join Us?Exposure to multiple hotel assets and ownership structuresOpportunity to growCollaborative leadership teamFast-growing hospitality platform
