IT Support Specialist

This full-time help desk support role involves assisting end users by resolving technical issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting IT projects.As part of the team, you will respond to support tickets, set up new user accounts and hardware, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.You will also help maintain internal documentation, keep hardware records current, and collaborate with Network and System Administrators to ensure smooth IT operations.Requirements include knowledge of computer hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, networking fundamentals, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Office 365.This role is suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working both independently and collaboratively, and supporting technology in a dynamic environment.
