We are looking for an experienced CMMC Program Manager to lead CMMC 2.0 compliance activities in the Cable & Telecom industry.This role will manage audit readiness, compliance planning, and coordination across IT, network, cloud, and security teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead CMMC Level 2 / Level 3 certification readinessPerform gap analysis against NIST 800-171 & 800-53Prepare and manage:System Security Plan (SSP)POA&MRisk and compliance reportsWork with IT, Network, NOC, Legal, and Cloud teamsManage third-party auditors (C3PAO)Ensure protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)Provide regular updates to leadershipTelecom Experience RequiredExperience in:Broadband / ISP environmentsFiber or telecom networksOSS/BSS systemsTelecom data centersCloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Strong understanding of:Network security controlsData flow mappingProtecting government and customer data
