Associate Attorney

Hawkins Parnell & Young LLP (Hawkins Parnell) is seeking a California-licensed attorney with three to five years of litigation experience for their Napa office. Experience with insurance defense, property damage, premises liability, and products liability. Experience with ESOP and ERISA and employee benefits matters, general corporate and business matters, and corporate transactions is a plus.
