Quadient Inspire DeveloperContract Opportunity with a Major Insurance CompanyLocation: Fully Remote. Must be located in the US and work EST business hours.Pay Rate: $60–$65/hr (depending on experience)Note: No C2C. OverviewWe are seeking a Quadient Inspire Developer to support customer communications development for a major insurance organization. This role requires hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire tools, along with a strong foundation in modern software development practices and APIs.Responsibilities• Develop and maintain customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM• Build dynamic, personalized communications using Tickets within Quadient Interactive• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions• Participate in Agile development processes, including Test-Driven Development (TDD)• Support API integrations and service-oriented architecture implementations• Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, and performance standards• Contribute to testing efforts, including unit, integration, and end-user testing• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application lifecycleRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM• Experience developing customer communications and using Tickets for guided user experiences• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, and related technologies• Experience with JavaScript, design patterns, and microservices architecture• Familiarity with multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices• Experience with automated testing and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar)• Solid understanding of security concepts (authentication, authorization, OAuth, SAML, encryption)• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications• Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certifications• Experience with ADA document compliance and accessibility standards• Knowledge of content rationalization concepts and design thinking• Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industryIf you’re interested, please reply with your resume and availability to discuss.
