Job SummarySystem One has a multi‐year contract opening for a senior‐level full‐stack developer to support a major financial services institution in Pensacola, FL. This is a hybrid position – 3 days a week on‐site. Candidates should exhibit an innate passion for development, reflected in personal projects or creative hobbies that demonstrate a yearning for solving problems. We are seeking .NET, JavaScript, React, and Azure skills.RequirementsMust have:Extensive experience converting legacy solutions to modern languages.Extensive experience building solutions from a process where no documentation exists.Extensive experience working in lower and production environments that are not completely isolated.Experience using existing code and discussions with team members to determine programming structure and naming conventions.Experience exercising creativity and ingenuity while adhering to a strict set of rules.Overall passion for development, reflected in personal projects or creative hobbies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify business requirements and translate into technical solutions.Utilize approved development tools to design, develop, implement, and maintain custom code aligned with business initiatives.Facilitate user acceptance testing, including developing test cases, criteria, and scenarios, and documenting results.Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes/release to Controlled Testing and Production, obtaining approvals and transitioning to production.Provide follow‐up to monitor progress of improvement projects, ensuring timely actions and achieving expected benefits.Collaborate with key partners in development and delivery of solutions.Participate in cross‐organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products, or services.Perform annual recertification on platform standards.Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and consistent documentation throughout the Systems Development Life‐Cycle.Contribute knowledge‐management articles for created solutions.Apply and communicate changes and new trends in systems/technology.Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze information, requirements, data, and processes; interpret results and present recommendations.Define and document technical design for data, workflow, logic, hardware, operating systems, interfaces, controls, and outputs.Provide leadership and guidance for the successful implementation of business‐unit projects.Recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes.Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, and models.Partner with business units and vendors to improve procedures, resolve problems, and implement initiatives;
