Must have reliable transportation and ability to drive a box truck. Mileage will be reimbursed.Position Summary: USA Clinics Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our facilities management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clinic locations.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilitiesHandle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance tasksAssist with installation or repair of fixtures and furnishings as neededRespond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerMaintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materialsConduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and prevent problemsProvide support during events and new clinic openingsWork collaboratively with other team members and outside contractorsRequirementsProven experience in maintenance or a related fieldStrong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow directivesComfortable with physical demands of the job, including lifting and climbingStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyValid driver's license and reliable transportation is requiredBenefitsHealth, Vision, Dental 401kPaid Time OffGrowth Potential
