Client Care Specialist

Wiggle Butt Inn is seeking a highly motivated and a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service: First Impressionist. As a First Impressionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills. Experience within the pet industry and dog handling is preferred. This is not a sit at a desk job, it is hands on and requires transport of dogs as well as some pet care. Our office hours during the week are 7:30-10:30am and 3:30-6:30pm and we are looking to fill the afternoon slot. Responsibilities include: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Provide accurate information about our services to customers - Check in and check out including processing payments for services - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services - Maintain customer records and update information in the database including vaccinations - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times - Transport guests to and from their accommodations. - In afternoon shift, administering medication and dinner to guests while ensuring cleanliness.
