Job Description New project setup in company project management/accounting softwareMeet with General Manager and Vice President of Operations of Restoration to review and discuss job progress and billing/collectingDocumentation of status updatesCommunication of status updates to customerMaintain all job documentation in file, including meeting notes, customer correspondence, adjuster correspondence, contracts, etc.Billing and collecting on project receivablesClerical and administrative duties, including answering phones and filing.Organizing and implementing administrative support, including arranging appointments, schedules, and meetingsCustomer serviceContacting customer to provide job status updatesReceiving customer questions and inquiriesCompany DescriptionRestore is a family operated restoration firm that has been assisting homeowners and business owners in and around the Chicagoland area for nearly 40 years.
