Primary Care Physician - $280k plus $100k productivity bonus (Internal medicine, Geriatrics)Tallahassee, FLOur client is seeking a Primary Care Physician with preference for Geriatrics- with a rich history of working with seniors to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients while working both independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. This position requires strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Primary Care Physician - Duties and ResponsibilitiesExamine and diagnose patients, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and prescribe medicationsDevelop and manage treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and health maintenanceEducate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatmentsRefer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as neededCommunicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient careKeep detailed medical records and document patient care activitiesSchedule, Compensation & Benefits$250K - $280K (BOE)CME, vacation40 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 4:30pm401K, licensing feesLife insurance,Full support staffRequirementsBC in Primary Care or Internal Medicine or Geriatric MedicineCurrent Florida State Medical license or willing to obtain
