Early Careers Manager
I’m partnering with a global consumer goods business to hire an Early Careers Manager into their North America team.Location: New Jersey (hybrid)Comp: $140k–$160k base plus bonusThis is a high-impact role owning a best-in-class Early Careers program across the US and Canada, covering both internship and graduate rotational pipelines. The program is already well-established and highly regarded internally. This hire will take it to the next level, shaping future leadership talent across the business.What you’ll own:End-to-end leadership of intern + graduate rotational programsDefining and evolving Early Careers strategy, aligned to long-term workforce planningOwning campus partnerships and employer branding across key target schoolsRunning full-cycle recruitment: attraction, assessment, selection, and conversionPartnering with HRBP's and business leaders on hiring demand and talent pipeline planningDelivering high-quality program experiences (onboarding, rotations, events, development)Acting as the key point of contact and advisor to early talent populationsManaging key vendors and optimizing program ROI and performance metricsWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in Early Careers (must-have)Background in Talent Acquisition with hands-on program ownershipTrack record of building university partnerships and running intern programs end-to-endExperience driving intern-to-full-time conversion and managing talent pipelinesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onIdeally from a CPG or fast-paced environmentHigh energy, strong presence.
