This role involves delivering specialized speech therapy services within school settings for young children requiring early intervention. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric speech therapy, with experience working in educational environments, and a passion for fostering developmental progress in early childhood.*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs of students. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child's developmental goals and school requirements. * Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored for pediatric populations. * Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies. * Monitor and document each child's progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to optimize outcomes. * Maintain detailed records in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality at all times. * Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services and support the child's overall development.*Experience** Prior experience working within school settings or early childhood education environments is highly preferred. * Demonstrated expertise in pediatric speech therapy, including speech sound disorders, language delays, and early intervention strategies. * Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to speech and communication disorders. * Proven ability to assess patients effectively and develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs. * Familiarity with early intervention programs and best practices for supporting young children's developmental milestones. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children, families, and educational staff effectively. * A valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required; ongoing professional development in pediatrics is advantageous.Pay: $68,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
