PackerAs a Packer, you will load aluminum extrusions onto a conveyor for processing, gather materials to frame bundles, and perform visual inspections for defects. You will assemble bundles based on customer specifications, label packages for shipment, and maintain a clean work area. All tasks must be completed in a safe and efficient manner.ResponsibilitiesLoad aluminum extrusions onto conveyor for processing.Gather materials such as tape, paper, and banding for bundle framing.Perform visual inspections for burrs, scratches, dents, and other defects.Assemble bundles based on customer specifications and packing sheets.Label packages and prepare them for shipment.Maintain a clean work area and perform housekeeping tasks.Complete all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.Essential SkillsAbility to read a tape measure.Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.Must be able to work on feet for the duration of the shift.Experience with packing, forklift, production, and general labor.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required.Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.Must be able to work effectively with others in a team setting.Must be attentive to detail.Why Work Here?Join a workplace that values your well-being and professional growth.
