Hours will flex based on the family's travel, seasonal demands, and household needs, including occasional late nights and every other weekend coverage. The remaining 30% centers around key household management responsibilities that help keep the home running smoothly day to day — primarily laundry, meal prep, and general organization. Other responsibilities support the overall flow of the home and are handled as time allows or on an as-needed basis.
