Commercial Apprentice Carpenters - SC - LOCALNSC is seeking an Apprentice Carpenter for a project in Charleston, SC.Pay: $20$25/hr (based on experience)Responsibilities:2+ years of commercial construction or carpentry experience preferredDemo: removing dry wall, framing, doors, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and fixturesAssist in the construction, installation, and repair of wood and metal framing, doors, windows, drywall, and other structural componentsSupport journeymen and foremen with layout, measuring, cutting, and assembling materialsMaintain clean and safe work areas and follow all jobsite safety proceduresOperate basic hand and power tools safely and efficientlyLearn and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications under supervisionQualifications:2+ year of commercial construction or carpentry experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)Reliable transportation and punctual attendanceStrong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow directionBasic hand tools and PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, gloves)OSHA 10 certification preferredInterested candidates, click "Apply", or contact the NSC Skilled Trades office at (317) 744-9652
