A company is looking for a National Field Training Manager for the Patient Services Access Team.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness
Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback
Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage the onboarding and mentorship of other trainersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
5+ years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with critical learning/teaching platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Knowledge of applicable regulations affecting pharmaceutical products
