🔧 Hiring: Middleware Support Engineer (W2 Contract Only)** 📍 Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite from Day 1) ⏳ Duration: 12+ Months*W2 Contract role only*We are looking for an experienced Middleware Support Engineer to join our team in Nashville. This is a hands-on support role focused on maintaining and optimizing middleware integration platforms, with a strong emphasis on Apache Camel K–based integrations.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for middleware integration platformsMonitor Camel K integration workloads and proactively address issuesHandle incident management, including troubleshooting and resolutionPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actionsSupport deployment, patching, and release management activitiesCollaborate closely with onsite architects, developers, and cross-functional teamsMaintain documentation, runbooks, and incident logs for ongoing support🔹 Required Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience in middleware support and integration engineeringStrong hands-on experience with Apache Camel KSolid knowledge of Kubernetes / OpenShift environmentsExperience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and GrafanaProven experience in incident management and production supportFamiliarity with deployment and release processes🔹 Preferred QualificationsExperience with event-driven platforms (Kafka, ActiveMQ)Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JiraKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesStrong communication and collaboration skills for onsite engagement
