The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for three days in the office and two days remote each week. Full time position available at an office in Boca Ranton Hybrid work arrangement, allowing for three days in the office and two days remote each week. $225-315k/yr + benefits + incentives Relocation assistance available Partner track available AM200 Law Firm Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and charitable giving. Assist in the preparation and review of estate planning documents. Counsel clients on wealth preservation and asset protection strategies. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax issues. Prepare and file estate tax returns and gift tax returns. Handle trust administration, including trust funding and distributions. Assist in the administration of estates, including probate proceedings. Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for business transactions and investments. Collaborate with other practice areas, such as corporate law and real estate, on related matters. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service. Qualifications: Candidates should have experience working at an AM200 Firm or come from a firm with 70+ employees. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Bar admission in one or more states in which the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be a resident is required. 3+ years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates law. LL.M preferred in Taxation or Estate Planning. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, estate planning techniques, and trust administration. Excellent drafting skills with experience in preparing complex estate planning documents. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality. Desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
