Supply Chain Program Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing global consumer electronics brand with expanding retail and e-commerce business in North America. The company has established online and offline retail channels across the U.S. market and is continuing to grow its presence with major retailers.We are looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Supply Chain Program Manager to support post-sales operations and retail account fulfillment for key customers in the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate order fulfillment, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines for major retail customersServe as the primary operational contact for customer order follow-up and executionWork closely with China-based supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory flowMonitor inventory status, shipment progress, and potential supply risksSupport cross-functional communication between U.S. customers and internal global teamsHelp improve operational processes and supply chain coordination efficiency in the North America businessAssist with retailer operational requirements, logistics coordination, and issue resolutionQualifications3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, customer operations, or retail fulfillment within consumer electronics or related industriesExperience supporting retail accounts, order management, inventory planning, or cross-border supply chain operationsStrong communication and project coordination skillsFluent in both English and Mandarin ChineseComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing international business environmentExperience working with U.S. retail channels is highly preferred
