CGP: Senior Vice President, Tax International

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Executive to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $150.00 to $250.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Lead international tax strategy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Oversee OECD Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting frameworks, ensuring accurate documentation and safe harbor analysis.Advise on tax structuring for foreign operations, financing arrangements, and intercompany transactions.Support M&A activities by managing tax due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration.Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to manage audits, tax filings, and treasury-related tax matters. Requirements:A minimum of 10+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in both corporate and advisory environments.Deep expertise in U.S. and international tax regulations, including Subchapter C, K, transfer pricing, and treaty interpretation.Strong working knowledge of global tax frameworks such as OECD Pillar Two and country-by-country reporting.Proven experience leading complex M&A transactions and advising on tax implications of capital structures.Ability to manage cross-border tax issues and coordinate with legal, finance, and treasury teams. Qualifications:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, or MS Tax.Skilled in communicating complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders, including senior leadership.Experience with modeling and presenting financial impacts of tax strategies to executive teams.Proficiency in PowerPoint and other tools for illustrating multi-step transactions and tax structures.Familiarity with transfer pricing for IP, distribution, and financing arrangements.REF #51294
