Our client is seeking an 2+ years experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in civil defense litigation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage cases from pleadings through trial, including trial preparation and co-counsel responsibilitiesHandle discovery: propound/respond, medical record review, and summariesConduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and expert witnessesPrepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and manage deadlinesProvide case status reports to insurance carriers and manage caseload independentlyQualificationsPrior insurance defense experience preferred (not mandatory)Strong litigation skills: discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial prepAbility to independently manage a caseload under partner supervisionExcellent oral advocacy and written communication skillsSelf-starter with strong multitasking ability in a deadline-driven environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceTraining and mentorship, including exposure to experienced trial attorneys (ABOTA members)Strong trial experience and career growth opportunitiesSupportive environment for new admittees and junior attorneysOpportunity to work on high-value cases (catastrophic injury, wrongful death, HOA)
