This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, ideal for individuals who are empathetic, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally and efficientlyListen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate solutionsUtilize internal systems and tools to manage customer accounts and process claimsAccurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systemsFollow all required scripts, policies, and proceduresUse training and knowledge base resources to answer inquiries confidentlyEscalate complex issues to management when necessaryEnsure first-call resolution through effective troubleshooting and communicationStay current on program updates by attending training sessions and reviewing materialsMeet all attendance, schedule, and performance expectationsCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Wonder if you are a good fit for this position?All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply.
