Overview As a Thin Films Engineer, you develop and transfer EUV-enabled thin film deposition processes to enable Micron’s next-generation DRAM. You will own thin film concepts from development to high-volume manufacturing, collaborating with multi-functional teams and external partners. You’ll address process characterization, defect reduction, and data-driven optimization to meet aggressive technology requirements. This role offers impact on future nodes and exposure to EUV technology in a fast-paced R&D environment.
