Your dedication will help maintain operational integrity while providing a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. *Duties* * Monitor premises using CCTV systems and perform regular surveillance patrols to identify potential security threats or irregular activities. * Control access points by verifying credentials, performing background checks, and managing entry logs for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. * Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed reports, managing conflict de-escalation, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. * Execute emergency response procedures including first aid administration, CPR, AED operation, fire safety protocols, and use of non-lethal tools like Tasers for conflict management. * Enforce security regulations by performing background checks on new hires or vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with directions or inquiries while maintaining a vigilant security presence. *Experience* * Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and access control systems is essential. * Knowledge of emergency response procedures including first aid certification (CPR/AED) and fire safety protocols. * Strong skills in incident report writing, conflict de-escalation techniques, and loss prevention strategies. * Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-focused attitude to foster a secure yet welcoming environment.
