We are headquartered in DFW but operate heavily across the Permian. We provide patented equipment and services to major operators, focusing on efficiency and high-standard field execution.The RoleThis is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Big Spring, TX. You are responsible for the crew, the equipment, and the site. You will spend your time in the field managing teams, overseeing rig-ups, and ensuring the job is done safely and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage field crews daily. You are responsible for their performance, safety, and schedule.Operations: Oversee equipment rig-up and rig-down. Ensure all water automation systems (pumps, meters, sensors) are installed correctly and functioning.Client & Contractor Contact: Act as the main point of contact on-site. Coordinate with company men and contractors to keep projects moving.Troubleshooting: Identify and fix equipment or site issues immediately to prevent downtime.Safety & Compliance: Enforce PPE, JSA, and all safety protocols. Zero compromise on safety and quality standards.Asset Tracking: Keep track of equipment movement and maintenance needs on-site.QualificationsBilingual: Must be able to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish fluently.Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience managing crews in a field environment.O&G Experience: Strong background in oilfield operations (water management preferred).Technical Skill: Must understand how to operate and troubleshoot pumps and industrial equipment.Organization: Ability to handle scheduling and project timelines without hand-holding.Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Big Spring, TX.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate with consistent overtime.Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision).Veteran-owned company culture.If you don't think you meet all qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.
