Account Executive - Office Supplies / Furniture

Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell a comprehensive suite of office and workplace products to small and mid-sized businesses within a designated geographical territory. This role involves proactive prospecting, client engagement, and consistent sales performance with a strong focus on new business development. What You’ll Do · Sell a full range of office and workplace products to small and medium-sized businesses. · Manage and grow sales territory defined by zip codes. · Schedule and conduct 20 sales appointments per week with: New business prospects Inactive or former customers Leads generated through company-provided lead sources Maintain accurate records and activity logs within the CRM system o Submit weekly sales reports and updates to the Senior Vice President of Sales o Work from the office until meeting eligibility requirements for promotion Compensation & Bonus Plan Base Bonus with $100K/yr earning potential and beyond. Up to $2,100/month in bonuses based on: Gross Sales Gross Profit % New Accounts Opened Trial Conversions Who You Are Motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Strong communication & presentation skills Able to manage and grow a sales pipeline Comfortable with cold calling, B2B outreach , and in-person visits Sales experience is a plus — but drive and coachability are even more important New College Graduates encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
