As a Software Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain complex applications within the Microsoft technology stack, while partnering closely with our business teams to keep critical production systems running at peak performance. If you have experience with MS Dynamics and X++ programming — we especially want to hear from you! What You'll Do Design, code, test, document, and maintain complex applications with minimal supervision Write clean, maintainable code following Coding Standards in a PCI Compliant environment Participate in peer Code Reviews to uphold quality and best practices Collaborate on large-scale projects involving multiple developers, teams, and systems Work within Azure DevOps using established Agile principles Stay current with emerging technology trends — including a comfort level with AI Tools Maintain an ongoing self-development plan to grow alongside the ever-evolving IT landscape What You Bring Experience & Education: 3–7 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in software development Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience (highly desirable) Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one OOP language: C#, VB .Net, X++, or Java Working knowledge of shell scripting (PowerShell or Bash) Experience with MS Dynamics AX (4.0, 2009, 2012, or 365) — experience with a 365 transition is a big plus!
