Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.NVIDIA's Corporate Development team works directly with NVIDIA's senior executives to define, analyze, and shape NVIDIA's overall growth strategy, M&A opportunities, strategic investments, integration and ensure the financial and operational targets of each transaction are fully realized. We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to partner with management to execute acquisitions with a focus on value realization through integration process. This role will also report on investment initiatives that capitalize opportunities to expand ecosystem and drive shareholder value.What you'll be doing:Advise and influence key partners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives for a successful integrationPartner with cross-functional teams, business unit colleagues, and senior leadership to drive deal integration planning and post-deal close integration workstreamsLead the setup of portfolio companies, review performance dashboards and track diverse investment instrumentsProactively lead collection of financial data and critical metrics from portfolio companies to ensure timely and accurate reporting complianceAggregate disparate financial projections from external management teams to assess portfolio performance and liquidityAuthor and assemble high-visibility board reporting packs that synthesize the performance of the investment portfolioWhat we need to see:5+ years of experience in corporate development, acquisition integration, Big 4, investment portfolio management or management consultingBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding of investment/ acquisition analysis and integration related issuesExcellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issuesDynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the companyExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Hands‐on M&A integration leadership experience in a corporate settingLead multiple projects in a dynamic environmentAbility to clearly communicate and present to executive managementAbility to assimilate and work with multiple business units within the companyDeep understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling best-practices and an ambitious individual with strong leadership and communication skillsWidely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
