Base $450K-$500K + bonus! Memphis, TN🩺 Pain Management PhysicianWe are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to join a well-established, outpatient-focused practice. This role offers a balanced mix of clinic and procedural work, with a strong emphasis on improving patient quality of life through comprehensive pain management.🔍 Position OverviewAs a Pain Management Physician, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. You will develop individualized care plans and perform interventional procedures to help patients regain function and improve daily living.This position is 100% outpatient, with time split between clinic and a surgery center. There are no hospital responsibilities, no call, and no weekends or holidays.🧑 ⚕️ Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose patients through history, physical exams, and diagnostic testingDevelop and implement comprehensive pain management treatment plansPerform interventional procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks)Prescribe medications and recommend rehabilitative therapiesEducate patients and families on pain conditions and treatment optionsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (physicians, therapists, nursing, etc.)Maintain accurate and timely documentationEnsure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standardsParticipate in continuous learning and professional development✅ QualificationsBoard Certified in Pain Medicine (required)Completion of a Pain Management FellowshipActive, unrestricted medical licenseStrong procedural experience in pain management (injections, nerve blocks, etc.)Preferred residency background in:Anesthesiology (strongly preferred)Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, or Emergency Medicine (with additional pain experience)👉 Open to top-performing recent fellowship graduates or physicians with several years of experience seeking a long-term opportunity.🕒 ScheduleMonday–Friday, daytime hoursNo weekends, no holidaysNo call responsibilities🌟 HighlightsOutpatient-only setting (clinic + surgery center)No hospital rounds or inpatient responsibilitiesCollaborative, team-based environmentOpportunity for long-term growth and stabilitySupportive structure for both newer and experienced physicians
