We are looking for talents at all levels to join us on this exciting journey!• Lead the cutting-edge research and development related to computer vision, machine learning and other related fields.• Provide technical leadership, drive projects and define long term technical roadmap for the team, including business strategy, technology development, as well as team planning and management.• Transfer advanced technologies to ByteDance products.Position Requirements:Masters or PhD in computer science, mathematics, engineering with 5 years of related working experience.Experience in managing or tech-leading a team in a dynamic environment with record of shipping technologies to products.Advanced research and development experience in computer vision/deep learning (preferring candidates with publications on top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc).Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams.Experienced in implementing and optimizing complex and performance-critical systems.Self-motivated and strong problem-solving skills.
