This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and precision and takes pride in producing high-quality products every day.ResponsibilitiesPrepare desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to recipes and standardsAssist with the development and execution of seasonal dessert offeringsMaintain production schedules and prep listsEnsure consistency in presentation, flavor, and qualityKeep the pastry station clean, organized, and properly stockedFollow food safety and sanitation standardsAssist with inventory and ordering as neededRequirementsPrevious pastry, baking, or dessert production experience preferredStrong attention xaygatp to detail and organizationAbility to work independently and efficientlyPassion for baking and pastry artsReliable transportation and attendanceSunday availability is requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsCompensationCompetitive pay based on experience.
