We are seeking a dedicated Hematologist Physician for a 91-day assignment with our client in Iowa, starting May 18, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Thursday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 16 shifts per month. The selected physician will manage patient consults, provide comprehensive follow-up care, oversee antineoplastic administration in the clinic, and handle very infrequent inpatient consults, focusing on services like antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, and bone marrow biopsies. Responsibilities and Duties Provide patient consultations and comprehensive follow-up care. Oversee the administration of antineoplastics within the clinic setting. Handle infrequent inpatient hospital consults as needed. Perform services including antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, and bone marrow biopsies. Must be able to perform MUAs. Manage a daily patient load of 16-20, with adjustable appointment lengths (15/20 minutes for follow-ups, 60 minutes for consults).
