Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technologists and students rotating through the department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and workflows.Monitor and evaluate staff and student performance, providing guidance, feedback, and corrective action to maintain high standards of discipline and professionalism.Support the onboarding process by ensuring completion of required competencies within the designated introductory period.Collaborate with the Director to maintain efficient departmental operations and uphold quality and safety standards.Perform additional related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and operational needs.Performs related duties as requiredRequired:Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging ProgramExperience: 3 years MRI experienceLicensure/Certification: AMRIT and/or ARRT (R) and documentation of MRI trainingMust obtain MRI Registry within 1 year of hireBLSState license if required Preferred:Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degreeExperience: 2 years supervisory experienceLicensure/Certification: ARRT (MR).Tenet Mass Job ID #2603011754.
