Head of Sales / B2B SaaS / Accounting
We are actively searching for our first Sales hire to join our team on a permanent basis. In this position you will function as a senior sales leader to build and scale our revenue function. You will own pipeline generation, deal execution, early sales hiring, and the overall go-to-market motion. We want a player-coach who can close strategic deals personally while building the team, process, and operating rhythm behind them.Your Rhythm:Own new business revenue and pipeline growthBuild and refine the sales motion across outbound, partnerships, and founder-led salesPersonally lead and close high-value enterprise dealsHire, coach, and manage the first sales hires over timeWork closely with founders on ICP, positioning, pricing, and sales strategyBuild a repeatable sales process, forecasting cadence, and KPI disciplinePartner with solutions, product, and customer success to improve win rates and expansionHelp shape the company's go-to-market organization from the ground upYour Vibe:7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto salesExperience selling into CFOs, controllers, finance, accounting, or operations teamsStrong track record of closing complex mid-market and enterprise dealsExperience building or scaling an early-stage sales teamComfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor and leaderStrong sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management skillsCrypto, digital asset, fintech, or accounting infrastructure experience is strongly preferredJ-18808-Ljbffr
