Ideal for someone with solid Openlink Endur fundamentals who wants to grow into a specialist role.What You'll DoInvestigate and resolve incidents across all functional areas of Openlink EndurSupport market data loading, curve validation, and price feed troubleshootingAssist with user administration — provisioning, role assignment, permission management, access reviewsSupport ad-hoc and scheduled report generation, distribution, and troubleshootingMonitor interfaces and escalate failures to appropriate teamsMaintain and update support documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooksParticipate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of in-flight issuesProvide first-line technical support to business users navigating Openlink Endur workflowsWhat You Bring1+ years hands-on experience with Openlink Endur/FindurSolid understanding of Openlink Endur core functionality across multiple modulesExperience with market data management in Openlink Endur — curve loading, price validation, index configurationFamiliarity with Openlink Endur user administration and security group managementBasic SQL skills for data investigationStrong communication skills — you'll interact directly with business usersWillingness to learn and cross-train across functional areasNice to HaveExperience with Openlink Endur Report BuilderFamiliarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systemsInterest in AI-enhanced support tools and workflows
