Durham, NCOn-Site Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA)You support our team as Inventory Control Coordinator Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records & optimize inventory levelsSupport operational efficiency and compliancePrimary point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist supportAdminister and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit processMain point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) support & communicationOversees return process for warehouse teamComplete goods receipt for merchandise & subcontract items; make sure labels are printedTroubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures; manage PROD inventory with operations supportManage shipping log & documents for all warehousesCoordinates sample request intake and delegates associated workloadReport team KPIsSupport logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing freightAny additional duties assigned by managementQualifications High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experienceUnderstanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.)Forklift experience recommendedPositive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgencyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCross-functional communication and coordinationInventory accuracy and data managementThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
