Aquatic Safety Specialist (SPRING)

Overview: Provide fast, friendly and safe service to our guests while supervising swimmers and riders, enforcing rules, performing rescues, providing first-aid, and more. Upon successful completion of the Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Class and Six Flags' required training(s), Lifeguard Team Members will be certified as either a Shallow Water Lifeguard or a Special Facilities Lifeguard. All Lifeguard Team Members will be on the frontline maintaining guest safety. This is a seasonal position from May-September. Pay: $10.50/hr Responsibilities: Operate attractions, pools, and slides with a safety-first mindset A first responder for Guests' in Distress (GID's) and provide support Assist guests on and off tubes/rafts and cycle through lines efficiently following the proper dispatch procedures Understand all E&A Lifeguard rescue techniques, first-aid, and CPR
