Vitale, P.A. is seeking a bilingual, motivated, and detail-oriented professional for a hybrid role combining receptionist, legal assistant, and entry-level paralegal responsibilities. What You'll DoFront OfficeFirst point of contact for clients — by phone, email, and in personManage attorney calendars and coordinate appointmentsLegal AssistantDraft and format legal documents, correspondence, and filingsMaintain organized digital and physical case filesSupport attorneys with document prep and agency submissionsParalegal Support (training provided)Basic legal research on health law and regulatory mattersAssist in preparing pleadings, motions, and compliance materialsTrack deadlines and support matter managementWhat We're Looking ForFluent in English and Spanish — written and spoken (required)Prior experience in a legal, medical, or professional office (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Experience with Clio Grow and/or Clio Manage (a plus)Exceptionally organized, discreet, and accurate under pressureProfessional demeanor — you represent a firm that appears before federal agenciesWhat We Offer$20–$24/hr.
