For more information visit, www.DeepIntent.com.What You’ll DoWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic Social & Content Marketing Manager to lead key brand-building initiatives across social media strategy, awards program management, and research project execution. This role plays a critical part in shaping DeepIntent’s external presence, ensuring consistent storytelling and managing complex initiatives from planning through delivery.The ideal candidate blends creativity with operational rigor—comfortable building compelling social narratives, managing award submission timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders on research-driven initiatives.Social Strategy & ContentOwn and evolve the company’s social media strategy aligned to brand, campaign, and business objectivesDevelop and manage the B2B social content calendar Partner with internal teams and external agencies to source, create, and publish contentMonitor performance, trends, and audience engagement to optimize content and timingEnsure brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency across all social channelsAwards Program ManagementLead the end-to-end awards strategy, including identifying relevant industry awards and submission opportunitiesManage awards calendars, deadlines, and submission requirementsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather case studies, results, creative assets, and narrativesWrite, edit, and refine award submissions to maximize impact and win potentialTrack wins, nominations, and recognition for internal and external amplificationResearch Project ManagementManage marketing and thought leadership research projects from kickoff through final deliveryCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and research partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metTranslate research findings into compelling marketing assets (reports, infographics, presentations, and social content)Ensure research outputs align with brand positioning and business objectivesSupport distribution and promotion strategies for research-based contentWho You Are4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications rolesProven experience managing social media strategy and content calendarsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilitiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicatorComfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, PR, and leadership teamsExperience managing or submitting to industry awards programsExperience overseeing primary and/or secondary research projectsFamiliarity with social analytics and reporting toolsExperience in B2B, healthcare, technology, or other regulated industries is preferredDeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
