Outside Automotive Parts Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Automotive Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale and fleet customers, driving sales growth, and promoting our automotive parts within the greater Olympia area.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective repair shops and fleet operators.Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service and technical support on product offerings.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory needs.Coordinate with wholesale counter people to resolve any customer issues.Requirements:Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plusKnowledge of automobilesEffective analytical and communication skillsStrong reading, computer, and mathematics skillsAbility to learn new technologyPositive, friendly attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with auto parts sales (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethicCompensation and Benefits:Competitive PayHealth InsurancePTO & Sick Leave401(K)We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
