Day, Evening and Night Schedules AvailablePrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality and accountabilityTo treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove's Core ValuesAssist the Courtesy Patrol Manager and Courtesy Patrol Lead with necessary support to keep Point Sebago a safe property for both guests and employeesMaintain a thorough knowledge of the property rules and regulations.Know the department managers and department functions and how they relate to each otherExhibit friendly, courteous, helpful behavior always; be able to react calmly and professionalSpecifically, when interacting with guest both on and off the propertyA working knowledge of registered and non-registered guestsA continued knowledge of all Point Sebago Staff and Guest Policies and how to enforce them.Always maintain a friendly and calm presence on propertyAlways supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policyMust be comfortable working with computers and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn RMSMust be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment including phone and radio communicationAbility to keep an accurate Activity Log and notify Management when a major incident occursAll other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum high school diploma or GEDA passion for teamworkExcellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracyExcellent communication skillsAnalytical & creative approach to problem solvingLiving Our Core ValuesOur Core Values are a way of life, not just empty promises.
