Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.Join Our Team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist / PET Tech!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Unit: Nuclear Medicine Tech / PETCT\n- Travel Experience Required: No \n - Note: 1st-time travelers welcome with 2+ years of experience; PET experience preferred; screening applied if less than 2 years experience without prior travel.\n\n- Profession: Radiology / Cardiology\n- Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech\n\n- Shift: \n - Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) \n - Rotating weekend shifts and call requirements.\n\n- Years of Experience:\n - 1 year of experience accepted; 6 months of PET experience preferred.\n\n- Charting System: \n - Epic preferred.\n \n- Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred\n- Community Hospital Experience: Preferred\n- Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred\n\n- Certifications: \n - ARRT (N) or NMTCB / CA license required.\n - BLS required. \n - CT Advanced Certification and PET Certification preferred.\n\n- Skills: \n - Bone Scan (3 Phase, Limited, Whole Body, Shunt)\n - Abdominal, Ventricular, Myocardial Skills\n - Pharmacological Stress and SPECT experience \n - Additional diagnostic scans (Thyroid, Cancer Survey, Renal, Brain Scan) \n - Drawing venous blood & starting/maintaining IVs \n - Safe handling of radioactive materials; experience with GE, Philips, and Siemens equipment preferred.\n\n- Work Settings: \n - Hospital and Nuclear Cardiology \n - Pediatrics (preferred) and Portable/Bedside Procedures.\n\n- Patient Age Groups: \n - Neonates, Infants, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.\n\n- Roles: \n - Primary shift in PET/CT; ability to float to Nuclear Medicine if needed.\n \n- Equipment: \n - Experience with Siemens SYMBIA SPECTCT, SYMBIA, and BIOGRAPH HORIZON PETCT strongly preferred.\n\n- Call Requirements: \n - Evenings and rotating weekends required. \n\n- Pre-Approved Time Off: \n - Requests for time off should be submitted at the time of application.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
