From financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Responsibilities Financial Oversee Financial & HR activities for AI Builders Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO. Support the financial planning and analysis efforts. Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits. Prepare financial statements and reports. Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions. Manage relationships with banks. HR Process the payroll biweekly system. Receive payroll data from HR Manager Handle personnel files to maintain accurate information. Process all 401K changes in the system. Provide weekly headcounts. Provide employee verifications. Compile compensation data. Manage all company credit cards. Strong Intrapersonal communications verbal and writing Handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Qualifications Finance Strong finance-based analytical skills 10 years of finance experience in the construction industry 5 years of HR experience in the construction industry CPA or CMA is required. Sage software experience preferred. HR Recruiting Managing Attendance & PTO balances. Manage yearly Insurance policies.
