What You’ll Be Doing:
We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Outside Sales Representative to expand our referral network through relationship-based sales. This 1099 independent contractor role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, community outreach, and performance-based earnings.
This is a commission-only position—perfect for experienced sales professionals, healthcare marketers, or individuals already connected within the healthcare or senior services community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, rehab centers, social workers, and community organizations
Conduct in-person outreach, presentations, and follow-ups within an assigned territory
Represent Helpful Hands Home Care at networking events, community meetings, and industry functions
Educate referral sources on home care services and client eligibility
Generate and track referral leads
Meet agreed-upon referral and growth goals
Maintain a professional and ethical representation of the company
Qualifications
Experience in outside sales, healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related field preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Existing healthcare or community referral relationships are a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
