You will work closely with advisors and operations to keep cases moving efficiently and accurately.ResponsibilitiesManage insurance applications from submission through policy issueCoordinate underwriting requirements with insurance carriersTrack and resolve NIGOs and outstanding underwriting itemsCommunicate with carriers, advisors, and internal team membersMaintain accurate case tracking and documentation across internal systemsAssist with policy delivery, acceptance, and funding coordinationSupport client service and follow ups throughout the processHelp maintain and improve operational workflows and systemsQualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlinesComfortable working with CRM systems and carrier platformsExperience in insurance operations or underwriting support preferredLife insurance license preferred but not requiredGrowth OpportunityThis role offers a path into a full time operations position with opportunities to grow within both Everspire and MHL Insurance Services, including licensing and expanded responsibilities.CompensationCompensation will be commensurate with experience
