The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and developing strategies to improve the client experience. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, monitoring customer feedback, and coordinating with team members to deliver seamless service. Additionally, the role may involve contributing to project management efforts designed to refine processes and improve service delivery.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to effectively manage and enhance client relationshipsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear and professional interactions with clients and team membersExperience in Project Management to manage and streamline internal processes and initiativesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when neededAttention to detail and a proactive attitude toward solving problemsExperience in insurance or financial services is a plusInsurance Producer License (Required)
