Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic crew members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: - Prepare food and being in the line when needed. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to food safety standards. - Assist with food ordering supplies as needed. - Manage time effectively to meet productivity and customer service standards. - Perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory management. - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve restaurant goals and maintain a positive team environment. - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner. - Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers. Requirements: - Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen or food service role. - Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. - Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately. - A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. - Being able to work from 11:00pm to 6:00am. - Speak Vietnamese and English.
