Job SummaryCardinal Ritter College Prep, a St. Louis Archdiocesan coeducational college preparatory high school for grades 9-12, seeks an Assistant to the Administration for the 2025-2026 school year.
Job ResponsibilitiesManage calendars and schedule meetings for Principal and Assistant Principal
Generate academic and attendance reports; print certificates
Send school communications and upload documents in Finalsite
Coordinate daily substitute assignments and maintain records
Coordinate daily substitute teacher coverage, track absences, maintain substitute records, and communicate assignments to staff
Perform registrar duties (transcripts, transfers, records)
Collaborate closely with the Principal to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations of the school
Assist with school events and administrative logistics such as Masses, assemblies, parent meetings, and professional development days
Uphold professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions and responsibilities
Support office operations with professionalism and confidentiality
Job RequirementsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative experience recommended; exceptional organization, initiative, and communication skills required
Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Skyward, and Finalsite (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
