Actuary

A company is looking for an Actuary to conduct analysis and manage financial risk related to insurance policies. Key Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments and perform claims and demographic analyses Build predictive models and recommend low-risk investments for optimal profit Monitor market trends and develop policies to avoid high-risk investments Required Qualifications, Training and Education Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field 3+ years of actuarial experience Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL; intermediate proficiency with Python and R Ability to manage large data streams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
